Receive one on one support in ongoing individual therapy held in-person in NYC or virtually. Sessions are personalized to your specific needs and draw from talk-based therapies, including humanistic, person-centered and psychodynamic therapy, and expressive therapies. These may include art, role-play, storytelling, journaling, visualization, meditation and mindfulness, embodiment, ritual, dream-work, imagination, and play.

Jamie is a Certified Yoga teacher (RYT-200) and meditation instructor and offers group classes and private sessions. Jamie encourages working with the body and breath to calm the nervous system and release and let go of trapped emotions or blockages within the body. In a session, you will gain mindfulness tools and learn how to let go of tension or stress, enhance sleep, and alleviate mental health issues through working with the body and mind.
Reiki is a hands-on healing technique that works with the energy system. It consists of gentle touch by the therapist to support the body in healing physical and emotional wounds or distress and achieve peace and relaxation. Reiki is for anyone willing to explore this powerful and ancient form of healing in addition to therapy or on its own.
