Guidance for individuals and families preparing for end of life and grief support
Hi, I’m Jamie,
A licensed creative arts therapist, drama therapist, and someone who deeply believes in the power of connection and imagination to help us heal.
For over a decade, I’ve supported clients across all stages of life—from young children to older adults—using a blend of talk therapy, drama therapy, expressive arts, somatic work, and mindfulness. My work is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQ+ inclusive, and rooted in deep respect for each person’s unique path.
Whether we’re talking, creating, meditating, or simply sitting together, I offer a space that’s attuned, nonjudgmental, and truly collaborative—where therapy becomes a process of rediscovery, exploration, and expression.
More Ways to Heal, Grow, and Connect
Jamie’s work extends beyond the therapy room. Through community events, nature-based practices, and end-of-life support, she creates space for meaningful connection, reflection, and healing in many forms.

A Retreat in the Cotswolds
Four days to reconnect with yourself, in one of England's most cherished landscapes.
This intimate retreat is a chance to step away and come back to yourself — a small group, a slower pace, and space held with care. Through mindfulness, movement, creative exploration, and long walks through the Cotswolds countryside, we'll set intentions together and find clarity on the path ahead.
