Retreats for Clarity & Reconnection
A Different Way to Reconnect
You don't need to be in therapy to come. You just need to be curious about what's next.
Travel has the power to transform us in ways that extend far beyond the destinations we visit. When we step away from our daily habits, rhythms, and expectations of daily life, we step into new ways of being as we embrace new perspectives, deeper presence, and meaningful transformation.
Our retreats are not designed for escape—rather they are an opportunity to return to yourself.
Exploring new landscapes, encountering different cultures, and embracing the unfamiliar invites us to cultivate curiosity, resilience, and openness. When we challenge ourselves, step out of comfort zones with support and guidance, and embark on new journeys and experiences, we shift patterns, and habits, gain clarity and direction, and bring ourselves in deeper contact and connection with our true selves, dreams, and desires in life. This is part of the intention of Whole Self Retreats.

Meet Jamie
I'm a Creative Arts Psychotherapist, EMDR Practitioner, and certified yoga and mindfulness teacher; and an adventurer who's spent over a decade watching travel change me. Living abroad in London, a year in Southeast Asia, weekends in new landscapes, each trip has left me steadier, more whole, and better able to move through life's stress with ease.
In 2025, I climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro and saw firsthand how the mountain has become a place of real healing for people carrying real pain. That experience is what led me to launch Whole Self Retreats: a space to step back from daily life, not to escape it, but to return to yourself.
