This trip is for those seeking clarity, direction, and an opportunity to reconnect with themselves through creative exploration, immersion in nature, culture, and community.
We will set intentions and engage in experiences that will support us in knowing what we want, finding direction, and choosing and following our next steps and path forward. Each day will include a time to gather as a group for mindfulness, movement, or creative exploration, along with walks through nature and activities in the region. Carefully crafted to highlight the very best of this cherished region, every aspect of this trip has been thoughtfully taken care of. From perfectly picked lunch spots to a charming accommodation, leaving you nothing to do but simply relax and take it all in. Accompanied by a knowledgeable guide, we’ll explore iconic historical sites and connect with local communities. This trip is ideal for those who enjoy cultural depth and who value engaging storytelling, local knowledge, and meaningful connection. It offers a relaxed pace with immersive experiences, guided visits, and opportunities to connect with communities.

Day One
Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.
Day 1 - Thursday April 1st - Arrival
Welcome to the Cotswolds. Arrive at Oxford this afternoon to meet your guide. A short drive north will take us out of the city and into the easterly folds of the Cotswolds. Settle into your lovely accommodation, which will be your quaint Cotswolds home for the next three nights. We’ll meet for a group welcome session, followed by a lovely Welcome Dinner in the evening.

Day Two
Foraging Walk
Day 2 - Friday April 2nd
After a relaxing breakfast, we transfer to an idyllic little Cotswolds village perfect for a morning meander.
Come mid-morning, we’ll meet with a local forager for a guided walk, connecting us with this beautiful landscape as we identify seasonal wild food. Learn how to forage sensitively and ethically, discovering the delicious, nutritional nature of soil-fresh ingredients.
Later, we’ll explore another nearby village, which is said to have inspired Tolkien.
This evening, take some time to relax back at your hotel before another lovely dinner.

Day Three
Broadway Tower walk and Traditional English Tea
Day 3 - Saturday April 3rd
After breakfast we will visit Broadway Tower, a striking 18th century folly which offers sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. We’ll enjoy an easy paced walk, with immensely rewarding views.
Following our walk, in the afternoon we will visit a traditional English Tea room to celebrate with some teas and scones in an idyllic and quaint setting.
The rest of the afternoon is free to spend at a leisurely pace, before meeting again for dinner in the evening.

Day Four
Chastleton House and Depart
Day 4 - Sunday April 4th
This morning we will check out of our hotel and make a short journey to a charming village that is famously connected to Jane Austen.
We stroll along a peaceful path through rolling countryside, along hedgerows and across meadows towards the magnificent Jacobean manor of Chastleton House.
We’ll take some time to explore the beautiful preserved interiors and tranquil gardens, steeped in centuries of history.
Afterwards, we will return to Oxford, where the trip ends.
